Group Coaching Course – June/July 2020
Group coaching is a powerfully proactive and positive opportunity for you to design the life (and mind, body, spirit) you want to have. Working towards your own goals with like-minded people on the journey, and a coach, is a highly effective process.
I won’t fix you, you won’t get a sponsor and you will have to take responsibility for your actions – but you will get results. The process is unique, empowering and the more you put in, the more you will get back.
We meet every week for an online group coaching session which focuses on goals, actions, upgrading habits and learning from experiences. The groups are small so I can help you individually.
This experience is about taking positive action and moving forward, where do you want to be in your life in seven weeks and how do you want to feel? More importantly – what do you want for yourself in the future? In a year? Five years? Ten? This is about lasting change – not a quick fix band-aid. We work together to find solutions that will be successful and sustainable for you.
This course is about self-actualisation – achieving your full potential. You move at your own pace – to reach YOUR goals. But with support, joy, fun and encouragement as well as accountability.

The Details – Times and Costs
Can’t wait to join in? Contact me, fill in a form, make your payment and that’s it, so easy. You’ll receive a welcome pack with all the details of your next seven weeks and we’ll book your initial one-to-one to chat about your goals and get set for success.
The seven-week course costs £150. No extra charges, that’s it. Your course includes:
- A one-to-one initial health history and goals session.
- Six, weekly 90-minute group coaching sessions.
- A tool kit of resources to support you along the process.
- Reading lists, personal assignments and homework.
- Membership in a private Facebook group for additional support, sharing, updates and information.
- Access by WhatsApp, email or Facebook through the seven weeks for questions or support as needed.
