Workshops
I love running workshops and retreats – creating a space for fun learning and an enjoyable experience. My workshops are usually creative and are aimed at promoting better health – whether that is through cooking, creativity or movement, and are aimed at enabling better physical, mental or emotional wellbeing.
Usually they are in small groups, very experiential and with lots of warmth, humour and a relaxed and gentle atmosphere – above all I want participants to have fun and enjoy getting away from everyday life. Hopefully with some useful tools to take away to use in the future. Depending on what we are learning or doing they can last from two hours to a whole day. Prices vary depending on the cost of materials, the work involved and the time.
