Welcome to Caramaya Wellbeing, a supportive sanctuary for women seeking to embrace healthier, more balanced lifestyles. Founded and run by me, Kate. I live in Maidenhead, UK, with my family and our two rescue pets, Kiki and Kaya.
I offer a variety of services, including yoga, Reiki, yoga and wellbeing retreats, and personalised health coaching, all designed to nurture your wellbeing.
Our retreats provide a peaceful escape to rejuvenate and recharge, while our health coaching sessions offer tailored guidance to help you achieve your wellbeing goals.

I began my career working for the Commonwealth Secretariat and the Government of Mauritius, left to go backpacking solo around the world and ended up working for an Investment Bank in Hong Kong. I’ve lived in India, Japan, Hong Kong, France, Singapore, Spain and Oman and am now pretty good at moving house.
I dreamed about starting Caramaya Wellbeing for many years, because I’ve always been fascinated by all things to do with holistic health and wellbeing. I come from a long line of teachers and healers and finally returned to my roots in the field of healing and health over 20 years ago, but with personal experience of the pressures and stresses of corporate and expat life.
My mission is to empower women to be kinder to their bodies and minds through a holistic approach to health and wellness.
I believe that true wellness extends beyond physical health to encompass mental and emotional well-being. By offering a range of services, including yoga, Reiki, wellness retreats, and personalized health coaching, I provide the tools and support women need to nurture their overall health.
My goal is to create a compassionate and inclusive community where women feel encouraged and inspired to embrace self-care, achieve their wellness goals, and find balance in their lives.
